I first visited Shireen as I was having lower back pain which was not enabling me to carry on with my training routine, I couldn’t even tie my shoe laces. Since receiving treatments with Shireen once a month I’ve been able to regain strength and posture throughout my lower back, I am fully training again and all without pain. I have had no pain since receiving treatments and felt much more comfortable exercising.

The treatment I’ve received has made a massive difference to my mobility after my injury! At the end of my sessions, I am pain free and feel a deep sense of relaxation and reassurance. My appointments with Shireen are helping me to recognise and resolve problems that have been with me for 35 years. With Shireen’s help I am controlling the urge to drink…as without these coping strategies given I would just drink. I am now in a frame of mind and a place that I have control of my life, before these sessions I was in crisis and life would have been very much different for me.  I feel so much more in control of myself mentally and physically.

With Shireen’s  help I’ve managed to get to my target weight and maintain it, I’m so proud of myself, I look and feel better. My life is different I love to exercise and I eat healthily without feeling like I’m denying myself anything.
